Absentee ballots near Albany misspelled "Obama" as "Osama". The ballot made it through three different levels of proof reading and is described as a typo.
How do you hit the 's' key when you are trying to hit the 'b' key? They aren't in the same row nor are they in the same region of the QWERTY keyboard.
