Google has become more than just a site for looking up the weather, latest news, or checking sports scores. With Gmail, Blogger, Reader, etc., Google has made our lives easier and more connected. Now google is looking to save your ass too. Last week Google talked about "Mail Goggles" on their Official Gmail Blog.
In the future, Gmail will allow users to protect themselves from messages sent late at night when the author's brain may not be functioning with his or her best interests in mind. Mail Goggles asks the user a series of simple math problems before allowing the user to send his or her message. The default setting for Mail Goggles, which Gmail users will be able to find in their General Settings, protect the user during the late hours on the weekends.
